Citroen C5 fuel consumption
Of all Citroen C5 modifications produced from 2001 to 2017 real fuel consumption according to user ratings is approximately 9% higher compared to advertised consumption. Starting from 2001 Citroen C5 average difference between actual owner-reported fuel consumption and stated consumption was similar to average, at 2008 it was less than industry average, at 2011 difference became similar to average and finally at 2012 difference between owner-reported and advertised fuel economy became less than industry average.
